Jason Beresford, Chairman, Rouute Technologies Ltd

Jason has over 25 years of experience in various executive and non-executive board positions, with a proven track record of leading and transforming global businesses across diverse sectors. Jason has built and sold various technology and energy businesses and successfully managed projects with a value exceeding $5bn.

Jason is a charted engineer, and his early career experience includes large transformational programmes, cross-sector procurement, project implementation and transition working both the client and supplier side. Projects led include; London Cycle Hire Scheme, London Congestion Charge Scheme, NHS spine programme (£1 billion IT infrastructure programme), retail global platform.

Over the last 10 years, he has focused on investing in and growing businesses in the green energy sector. Jason owns Sostratus Capital , an energy investment firm that has developed microgrid propositions for QSRs and the hospitality industry and develops, buys, and operates many renewable gas projects. Jason is the Chairman of Rouute Technologies Ltd, an energy recovery production company that has created the E:GEN that converts the downward pressure from vehicles into energy.

Jason is passionate about building and growing businesses in the energy sector and supporting organisations to reduce carbon emissions and costs.
