William H. McLean is an accomplished attorney with a diverse range of legal expertise.
Mr. McLean holds membership in prominent legal associations, including the Georgia Bar Association (Admitted March 1994) and the Florida Bar Association (Admitted Dec. 1988). He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and various U.S. District Courts.
His extensive list of admissions includes the U.S.D.C. Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Florida 1st District Court of Appeals, and the Florida Supreme Court.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. McLean serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations, such as Osher International Holdings, Inc., Bronner Bros., Inc., Majer Filmwerks, Inc., Atlantis Film Works, Inc., and The Political Relief Organization, Inc. He is also associated with Osher International Holdings, LLC.
His areas of practice cover a broad spectrum, including Corporate Counsel, International Transactions, Corporate and Business Development Structuring and Financing, Civil and Business Litigation, Securities Litigation (FINRA), and Appellate Practice.
Since 2014, Mr. McLean has been the Founder and Partner at McLean Law, P.A. The firm specializes in International Business Development, maintaining offices in Marietta, GA, and Panama City, FL. Their expertise extends to Entertainment Industry Representation, General Civil Litigation, Corporate and Business Representation, as well as Appellate Practice.
Prior to founding McLean Law, P.A., he was a Partner at Silva Law Group, LLP, from 2012 to 2014. His earlier experiences include being a Senior Associate at Merritt Watson, LLP (2001-2012), where he served as an Administrative Hearing Officer for FINRA Securities Arbitration and Litigation.
Before that, Mr. McLean was a Senior Associate at Stokes and Lazarus, LLP (1999-2001), focusing on General Civil Litigation. His career commenced as a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Atlanta (1994-1999), where he specialized in Civil Rights Litigation and Business Litigation.
Between 1989 and 1994, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, concentrating on Civil Rights Litigation.
Mr. McLean earned his Juris Doctorate in 1987 from the Florida State University College of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Journalism and Communications, as well as the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, earned in 1984.
